A slice of paradise for the whole family
I stayed in a spacious bungalow during my visit, which was clean, comfortable, and provided a fantastic view. The beautiful gardens filled with singing birds created a delightful atmosphere, and my children thoroughly enjoyed the pools. Although the restaurant offered decent food, the service was quite slow, likely due to the busy holiday season. it was a charming resort that felt like home, but the dining experience could use more attention to service speed.

A gem in The Gambia 🇬🇲
The staff here are just so friendly, always making us feel right at home. Loved grabbing brekkie while looking out at the beach, proper views! And the bird watching with Mass was a real highlight, seeing all those stunning birds was just wow!
The WiFi could be a bit dodgy at times, but it was all good in the end.

My stay was overshadowed by the incredibly loud noise disturbance from nearby bars and clubs. I could hardly sleep before 2:00 AM due to the partying atmosphere every night. Even with staff's help relocating me to a quieter room, the consistent ruckus continued to be a problem.

The two swimming pools were a highlight—always clean and never overcrowded. The daily towel service was a nice touch. Dining options were extensive, with grilled sandwiches standing out as a favorite. the WiFi encountered frequent issues, making it hard to stay connected. Some evenings, noise from nearby bars disrupted the tranquility, affecting sleep. Maintenance could improve, as the air conditioning unit needed attention after a few days.

I just returned from a stay at Kololi Beach Resort, and I have to say, the staff really stood out. They remembered my name and preferences at every meal, making me feel extra welcomed. The beach is literally steps away, and the sunsets were breathtaking. My accommodation, a studio with a terrace, offered plenty of space and had a comfy sitting area. The pool was clean and a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the local restaurants nearby. I especially enjoyed the bird-watching excursion, which was a real highlight for me, showcasing the beautiful wildlife around. the WiFi was hit or miss. many times, it just wasn’t reliable at all, which was frustrating. I also noticed some maintenance issues in my room—the air conditioning needed a thorough cleaning as I detected a bit of mustiness. And on a couple of nights, noise from the bar across the street was loud enough to disturb my sleep. Even though the resort has potential, these aspects really need attention.

Lovely self-catering apartment with nice amenities, friendly staff always on hand, and the location being ideal for us—right near delicious food places but tucked away from the busier beach areas. The pools are a refreshing bonus, too!
The tea/coffee service could have been better if it allowed guests to help themselves, and some items in the breakfast selection were not replenished timely.

I absolutely loved the relaxing vibe of the outdoor pools and enjoyed unwinding on my balcony every morning with a cup of coffee. The atmosphere was perfect for chilling out after a busy day, and the nearby beach offered easy access to crystal-clear waters. The only slight downside was the WiFi, which could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t really dampen my experience! ☀️
